About This Project

For our Retail Buying Simulation course my team and I took a deep dive into Bottega Veneta, identified a gap in the market and buisness opportunitites based on an extensive analysis of the luxury brand. Completing a product expansion, identifying key competitors and current trends occurring in the industry allowed my team and I to build a six month buying plan. With successful research, my team came to a conclusion of Bottega expanding into jewelry and brooches which was a trend later seen with the luxury brand Spring 2025.
